Sitesupply.me provides customers with a flexible and controllable ordering system, ideal for any industry. The portal can be utilised by SMEs or large organisations with multiple sites.
If your business operates across multiple locations sitesupply.me will ease the ordering process by empowering on-the-ground ordering according to need and demand yet with the control of head office approval and budget management. We have different account access levels available, for example, a supervisors account can have more features than other staff members.
Conveniently save your favourite products! If you find that you are ordering the same products regularly you can save them to an easily accessible list.
Full Order History
Do you sometimes place your orders over the phone or by email? No problem! The new website will show your full order history with us (since the 1st January 2015) no matter how you place your order. This feature also shows the order completed date, delivery address, order value, order status and full order details.
The reporting section gives you access to view and compare your expenditure across sites and review spend by product category. We will be adding more reports in the future, so watch this space!
Personal Product Lists
This feature allows you to create handy personal product lists, set delivery sites and save preferences.
Access to Pending Orders
This feature helps you keep on track of which orders have still to be processed and can allow you to edit the order.
The website is completely mobile friendly meaning that you can place your order for supplies when you are out and about.
This feature allows you to manage your shipping details and addresses.
You can easily control how many users are on the system by adding and editing users profiles.

This handy feature allows you to set up standing orders, they can reoccur weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc. These are automatically processed without any action on your part. Orders can be easily edited through the portal.
